At Vesoclo, we strive to provide high-quality women’s kurti products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of product delivery.
  • The kurti must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
  • The product must be in original condition without stains, perfume smell, damage, or alterations.

Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale offers.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or washing by the customer.
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer support within the return period.
  2. Provide your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
  4. Pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit.
